Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Tour Bookings
    • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  2. Customized and Private Tours
    • Deposits made for private or customized tours are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the tour type and arrangements.
    • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to prior arrangements with third-party vendors.

Changes and Rescheduling

  • Requests for date changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or government restrictions, we may offer a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

No-Show Policy

  • If a customer does not show up at the designated pickup location or tour meeting point, the booking is considered non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by personal reasons, flight delays, or other transportation issues.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing times may vary based on the payment provider but typically take 7-10 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us for assistance.
